UTHEALTH Summer 2020

Hello all,

I am wanting to apply to UTHEALTH for Summer 2020 and fall 2019. I will be coming from out of state. This semester I am taking Stats and texas government and taking the HESI. In the Spring, I will take Mirco lab. I will have about a 3.2-3.3 overall GPA by the time I apply. Has anyone gotten accepted with this GPA before?

$50, and it requires a personal statement.

Has everyone received a confirmation email after submitting their app? I submitted mine today and the only confirmation email I got was the payment and my portal isn't showing my Fall 2020 Application. It just shows my Summer one.

It’s most likely bc they’re not in office right now we’ll probably get a confirmation email Monday or sometime next week.

Was this question answered? I couldn't find it for you on here. So what I put was on the report yes there is a number mine included a letter and it was like student id so I put that. I hope this helps.

I submitted mine yesterday too. I didn't get an email confirmation or a portal update but I did get an automated email with my payment information. Did you get that? I think as long as you have a postdated payment you will be OK. I also don't think they are updating anything on the weekend/through this time of uncertainty.

I sent in my application last Friday around 4 P.M.

I got the confirmation e-mail today but they are missing my transcript on my to-do list. I tried calling but no answer. I would think that they would have both transcript & HESI scores already because of the Summer 2020 application.

Hi Everyone,

The campus is currently on Spring Break. Of course with the virus situation they are switching to online courses as well. So No one is in the office.

I attended the Webinar in March and they stated decisions would be sometime at the beginning of April ?. The waiting game is torture.

Woooowwww what a let down ? I hope this whole transcript thing doesn’t count against me because they have it on file from my 2020 Summer application ?

It won’t! That happened to me when I was reapplying for the Summer term I ended up resending all of my transcripts because no one at the office was answering due to Winter break but when someone replied to my email they said it was unnecessary because they had it on file.

I submitted my application for fall but there seemed to be a glitch in the system bc I didn’t get to sign the application.... it went straight to payment. Has this happened to anyone before?
