Hi,
I opened this for those who apply for Sping 2022 at UTHealth Cizik School of Nursing Pacesetter program.
I plan to take my HESI in May.

If your transcript can be sent electronically then they might still accept it a day or two late Something similar happened to me and I asked the registrar and that's what they said. If you have to go by mail it might not work ? because the registrar told me to make sure they get it by the day after.

Yeah, I sent it electronically days ago but it's not received yet so I will call and ask. Just wanted to know if they were strict about a specific time. Thank you!

NP - yess give them a call. There is a few days delay between when they receive it and when they process too. The person I spoke to says that as long as they receive it by a certain date they will count it even if they haven't updated in the system.

I don't know if anyone else is having trouble with their transcripts but I called and they gave me a really unclear answer about when they needed the transcript by. The person I spoke to said it needs to be received by the office by 5pm because that's when they close, but then told me if I stuck a physical copy under their door before midnight that it'd be fine? Also, they can't locate my previous transcript sent to them when I asked... My friend had to send hers 3 times before they could find it. Please tell me I'm not the only one struggling

Im quite worried since its my first time applying and I really hope I meet the requirements.
I see the same overdue status for my transcript which has pending courses. I really wish their system had better status updates, like a “received but pending course completion” status would be nice

I got an email as a reply. They told me to just ignore the over due thing since its a system thing. Ah it just boosted my worries.

Hi, how did you find your transcript status? I don't have anything under tasks or document center...

If it isn't under your to-do list and you submitted it before the due date, you're probably all set. I can't see the HESI status under tasks, to-do, or the document center after I submitted it.

Hi y'all! I am applying for Spring 2022. I am hoping that I get in, I am always nervous I messed up the application or something. My stats:
Science GPA: 3.94
Prerequisite GPA: 3.79
HESI: 96.4
I wonder if they take anything else into consideration? The application seems very vague, nothing about you personally.
