USF nursing School Fall 2017 Potential Students

Published

Hi! I've seen other threads like this one. Pretty much it is just a support thread of anyone who is applying to the University of South Florida's Fall 2017 nursing class. There are threads for about every other year except 2017, so I am starting it. If there is anyone else who just wants to talk to someone going through the process like me, feel free to reply to this discussion.

Good luck to anyone applying to nursing school this semester. I understand first hand how nerve racking it can be!

I was accepted.. GPA overall 3.9, prereq GPA 4.0 and im a transfer. I havent yet decided if I am going to accept the offer or not, Im still waiting on hearing back from another school so :/

Is anyone else on the alternate list going crazy just waiting?

Hi dogunrinde,

How your interview went? Is the first semester in nursing hard?

Hi dogunrinde,

How your interview went? Is the first semester in nursing hard?

My interview was pretty quick. It lasted about 5 minutes and they ask you 5 questions. I was really nervous but i guess it went well because i got accepted. My first semester was really hard just because i started the program in the summer and we had to learn all the same information in 12 weeks while the students in the fall get 16 weeks. Are you applying this semester?

How did you prepare for the interview

Hi everyone! I have an interview coming up as well! Just wanted to check in here with those who’ve been through this process and would like to give any tips and advice! This is for Spring 2022 cycle!
