USF MSN-CNL, Orange County, non-nurse Fall 2017

Hi fellow soon-to-be-hopefully nurses! I recently applied to USF's MSN-CNL for non-nurses. I am ecstatic about this program! Any fellow applicants in the anxiously waiting boat?!?

@_nursebee that is how it works for the SF campus, idk if it is the same for OC. I think if you are waitlisted your portal stays the same and then you get a letter in the mail.

So I looked back at some of the previous posts and it looks like calls were made if you were on the waitlist. I was going based off of the process I experienced with the SF campus. Sorry, guys!

Hi, I'm also waiting to hear back. My application status was changed to "submitted". Any clue regarding what that indicates?

@rosiero12; ours say that, too, followed by "APPLICATION COMPLETE - TO BE REVIEWED AFTER DEADLINE". If yours changed recently, what did it say previously?

I think I read on previous threads that a change to submitted was a good thing! When people get denied it will say denied and then waitlist it remains "to be reviewed." Good luck!!!

Mine changed from to be reviewed to submitted too. Hope it's a good sign!

Hello everyone I have been following the forum! I also got a status change mine just says submitted now... does anyone have an idea of what this means?? Does anyone know if the status change should say "denied" or "accepted" if one was to be denied or accepted..

just to clarify... you have a different status than:

APPLICATION STATUS: SUBMITTED

Submitted Date: 4/14/2017 9:12:00 AM EST

APPLICATION COMPLETE - TO BE REVIEWED AFTER DEADLINE

?

The to be reviewed part isn't there anymore

Mine still says Submitted - Application to be reviewed after deadline. How many people do they normally have on the waitlist? Has anyone's status changed to denied?

hritchie -- maybe they're notifying in batches or alphabetically. let's not lose hope!! i'm at the end of the alphabet. maybe someone got to the M's or whatever and then whoops it was 4:59PM -- time to go home.
