Hello everyone. I was searching for a thread but could not find one so I am starting this discussion topic for USF MSN non nurse spring 2018 applications.
Lets all discuss our stats like GPA, volunteer experience, etc. I have a decent prerequisite GPA right now. I have registered for Micro and psychology and will be taking in fall. My undertgrad GPA is 3.15 in computer applications (not that good). After working in customer service I was no longer interested in computers so decided to change my major.
Lets start this journey together and good luck to everyone.
I mentioned that a friend got a phone call today with an acceptance and he just said that was all the information he knew and that the two people making the decisions weren't in the office anymore as they were headed to a conference. He told me to call back Monday to get more information. Idk honestly, maybe they are just saying the same thing to people who call..sighDid this guy know Erin had already made phone calls for acceptance today? They may just be repeating what they have been saying the past 2 weeks to applicants that call.
For the waitlisted people: I emailed Erin and she did the say waitlist is ranked. I read in previous threads that it wasn't ranked and they re-evaluated the waitlisted people based on the cohort but it is actually ranked. She said she couldn't tell me my rank or how many people were on the waitlist, unfortunately. Prayers for you all!
Do y'all think that we're all waitlisted? It seems like a large number of people for being on the waitlist, considering that there are other potential applicants that could also be waitlisted. It's kind of scary :/ Or is there a chance that they're still going to do one more round of acceptances? Even that seems highly unlikely to me because then we'd have to wait until Monday and also so many people on the thread already got accepted. I mean hopefully there is one more round of acceptances...
This wait is just making me overthink everything

I got an email from Erin at 11AM today (responding to one of my emails from this week):
"Thank you for your email. The reviewing committee is wrapping up their reviews and hope to have final decisions out early next week.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance."
