I'm looking into the USAGPAN for 2018 and have a general question. Does anyone know if undergrad loans are paid/forgiven with joining? Obviously, this would be in addition to the other benefits of the program.
Thanks!

There is no loan forgiveness immediately upon joining the military, but you may be able to have your loans forgiven after 10 years of military service. There is info here: Military Student Loan Forgiveness and Discharge Programs | Military.com
There are also interest limits for active duty under Servicemember Civil Relief Act (SCRA).
The only way to get your loans eliminated would be to negotiate some kind of loan repayment as a commissioning bonus, but because the Army is overstrength in general right now, they aren't handing out incentives — they don't do that when they don't need to do so.

If you attend USAGPAN while active duty, there are no fees/tuition and in fact you receive full salary, benefits, and housing allowance commensurate with rank. There are some costs associated with attending through the VA but they are shared between student and sponsoring VA.
No undergrad loan repayment because typically getting to attend USAGPAN is seen as your "bonus".
