UPMC McKeesport (Pittsburgh) nursing assistant

Hi,

I hope someone can answer this for me. I go to UPMC's website everyday to look for nursing assistant positions I can apply to. I've applied for five NA positions but so far I haven't gotten any calls back. One thing I have noticed is that everyday on UPMC's career website I see several new listings for PT/FT nursing assistant positions available at UPMC McKeesport. That hospital is way too far me to go to since I don't have a car; it would take forever to get there via public transportation. My question: Why are there so many NA positions open at McKeesport? Is the hospital having a hard time finding people to fill the positions or is just a really bad place to work? If you're an NA, how long did you have to wait to hear from someone for an interview?
