Hi NP hopefuls! Starting a thread for those applying to the UVic NP Program for fall 2025. I am an RN who graduated from U of C in 2020 and have been working in cardiology in Calgary since.

Has anyone heard of any movement on the waitlist?

Haven't heard anything from UVIC yet but I personally know 4 people who were accepted but are declining as they have accepted other programs. Last year I was on the waitlist and it moved 12 spots.

@RN 93 are any of those declines for the post masters? Trying to set my expectations for any movement on that waitlist 🫠

I wonder if the cohort increase this intake will help with more movement

I thought I would follow up, as I was posting in here previously. I received and accepted an offer from the UBC NP Program yesterday. 
 

I was waitlisted at UVic and UBC initially.
