Nursing Students Texas (UTA)

did anybody went to uta and finished online rn to bsn program? i just checked out their program and it sounds insane. at this university all the pre-requisite and nursing classes are 5 weeks!!! how can you possibly learn everything in 5 weeks? and no clinicals?? this school sounds fishy to me.

I think from the hospitals they are partnered with is where the "application based assignments completed in the workplace" comes in. Also in the application requirements they provide a flow chart that shows ex NURS 4431 (Under Senior 1) Pediatrics 4 credit hours and clinical hours.... just from what I've found tonight.

I think you're looking at the wrong program - you need to look at the Academic Partnership RN to BSN program.

Hi Heather, I see you are in NorCal. Did you do the U of T RN to BSN? I am looking at Sac State or Chico. Any advice? Thank you. ( I got my AAS in New York in 2006)

Hello, I am needing some clarification. I spoke to an Enrollment Specialist at UTA yesterday and I was informed Clinicals were required for the online RN-BSN accelerated program. Is that correct or was I misinformed? I am residing in Idaho and planned to start the online program in January 2018.
