University of Texas Arlington RN-BSN online fall 2016

Published

Hi I am enrolled to start the RN-BSN program at University of Texas Arlington fall 2016 online. I start August 22nd. Is there anyone who has recently graduated or currently enrolled that can give me any pointers? I have only taken a few classes online and I am a little nervous to go to school completely online. I also was wondering if anyone would be starting the same time as me and would like to get in touch for support. Thank you.

The actual nursing classes are 5 weeks but contain a semesters worth of work so if you work full time, don't take more than one or two during that 5 week period. The online format was easy enough. I had never taken classes online before and didn't have trouble. There's a great thread on this site ranking classes from easiest to hardest. Check that out.

Okay thank you. Yes I am working full time three 12 hour shifts. How long did it take you to graduate te program?

I still have one class left. And it's taking me forever because I started and then took time off.

Hi -

I started in Sept 2016 and am taking NURS 3375 - health policy & legal aspects. A lot of writing. Problem is I am a new nurse (6 weeks into it) and they want/grade based on personal experience. Any suggestions?
