University of Tennessee Medical Center Nurse residency program

Current FL nursing student, graduating soon, searching for possible employment opportunities/options. Tennessee is my dream state to move to and I plan to study to become a nurse anesthetist at the university of Tennessee in Knoxville. I'll be graduating with my ASN and plan for BSN at UT.

My question to anyone who knows is how is the nurse residency program at UT medical center, do you recommend? How different is pay compared to the other nurses not in the program? Does the program basically feel like an extended clinical rotation from nursing school? The odds of getting hired? (They ask for college transcripts as part of the hiring process, which makes me a tad uneasy on my chances.)
