I have applied also for the Spring 2014 Masters degree (FNP) program and I have checked my mail more in the last week since the deadline than I have in the last 2 months. I graduated in May 2013 with my BSN and in 2001 with my RN from a school in another state. My fingers are crossed, for you guys too!!!
I hope you all get in!!!

I'm waiting too and it's not fun. Has anyone spoke with someone at the university???
I wonder what is the cut off GPA this time.
Hello again!! I just wanted to inform you guys that I just received my acceptance letter/ packet today from the University of Memphis!!! What a relief Anyone else received theirs yet?? Please let me know its a lot of things on the to-do list before student orientation!!!
Congratulations Coleman2BNurse!!!! If you don't mind, what is your GPA/TEAS score??? To give the rest of us a point of reference as we continue to wait!?
Hello there! I know it is nail biting to wait any longer, so I feel your pain. My cumlative GPA is 3.26 and Science GPA 3.0, Teas 73%. Also I was reading on the website (UofM) where if you have majority of your undergrad finish that does help in a way. It doesn't matter about your Teas test score, you just have to pass it to be considered, so if you made a 63% you are still in good shape. They strictly go off of cumulative GPA. I was too shacking in my boots because my GPA was so low but this is also my last semester at Southwest as well. Good luck. I hope you receive you letter shortly!!
I didn't apply because I wanted to raise my GPA although the advisor still told me I should be ok for the spring.
