undecided on what state to apply for nclex...help!

Hi! I'm a second courser who graduated last March 2009 and passed the NLE last November. I would like to take nclex but still undecided on what state to apply..I want to start my application & review asap.But I think it would be better if I already have a focus on where to go and expected date on when to sit for nclex before starting taking classes in review center so I can have a clear goal in mind.

My husband's family is in California but I know that it is too saturated already there & with retrogression still going on I know I'll have hard time finding job in Cali. I hope you guys can find time to give some suggestions & insights on what other state is best to consider..Thanks in advance! :)

I suggest whatever state you plan to move to, if your inlaws in CA, I would choose that state.
