I just finished my CNA skills test and have a few concerns. Everything went well on my vital signs and my skills were not too hard. Thinking about it now, I don't totally remember, but I am pretty sure I did not label my weight, height, and urine output correctly on the form. It wasn't much of a chart or form though. Just a testing sheet that had spaces for me to write the numbers next to the observers numbers. I just put the numbers with no label under the categories of weight height and output. The bolded print on these skills does say record
Accurately record the weight within + or -.25lbs of the examinersmeasurement
and im sure my measurement was on but I forgot the dang labels. What a dummy. I think I just thought it was more about the number being correct than labeling.
The observer was very laxed and very kind. It was not what I expected and the actual test was kind of all over the place honestly. There wasn't a uniform system and she seemed to be very exhausted so it was just throwing me off how non shalont she was throughout the exam.
As far as I remember I did receive the 2 prombts I was allowed, but the one was at the end when I was doing my ending procedures. So if it was a big deal, wouldn't she have given me a prombt to fix those labels earlier?
She also would forget if I said things during the procedures. So Im just not sure how to feel about my attempt at the moment.
Any chance I did not fail?

I wouldn't sweat it too much. When I took the skills test it was fairly simply and much more relaxed than I anticipated. They just want to make sure you're able to safely take care of a patient as well as preserve their modesty. I thought that we found our results out the day that we took everything. When are you expecting to find out whether or not you passed?
