UF Accelerated BSN Summer 2022

Hello!

I just recently submitted my application to UF for their Accelerated BSN program in Summer 2022. I didn’t see a thread for this potential cohort and was hoping this thread could be a place where we ask questions and give each other support!

A bit about myself, I previously applied to UF’s traditional BSN in 2020. Unfortunately, I was declined for that program but since then have pushed through to gain more patient experience and continued to keep my grades up! I am graduating from UF this December with a BA in health education and behavior and hoping to get accepted in the Summer! I believe my cumulative is 3.8 and my pre-req GPA is probably between 3.6-3.8, I honestly haven’t cared to calculate it because what happens, happens! My HESI score was 93% when I took it in 2020 and I am using that score for the accelerated program as well. I can’t believe how long I have to wait for decisions, especially since I’ve heard it’s the end of February or early March! I’m anxious already. I’m also applying to ABSNs at UCF, USF, UNF, and FAU so I have to take the TEAS at some point.

If anyone has any questions or want share their situation feel free to post here!! I would love to create a support group for this application cycle and possible cohort for Summer 2022! ???

I see that you’ve also applied to UNF! That’s my #1 choice I’m wondering how your process went? I hope you got in! ?
