UCLA New Grad OR Training Program 2022

Hello, I applied to the UCLA OR RN program set to begin in Feb 2022, I believe. My application is under review and I received an email stating that it was sent to hiring manager for further consideration. I was wondering if this is a general message they sent all the applicants or if its a good sign for an interview?  Also, anyone have any experience with this new grad program? Thank you.

Hello, I have a virtual interview for the 2nd as well. Do you know how many they will be hiring? Would like to know what my odds are LOL.. Do you have any information about their program? I can’t seem to find any information anywhere.

I have no idea LOL sorry! I’ve been searching everywhere for info as well. I tried looking up the department and I think it’s the SM location? If so it’s only open M-F if I’m not mistaken. But that’s all the info I’ve gathered so far.

Hi, where did you guys even find this job posting? I'm interested in OR and have been seeking new grad OR training programs, but I could not find this anywhere!

I just went into the UCLA website and looked for RN New Grad programs. But pretty much just look into any new grad program and see if the have positions for the OR . You can also try la county , I know they have an OR program well.

Does anybody know how many applicants they're taking per location? I heard 12 per cohort but I wasn't sure if that meant 12 for one location or 12 for all locations combined.

I just got the email too ? how far will your commute be to UCLA? mines its 35min but with traffic I think it can be an hour.

Congrats! I'm going to be relocating to somewhere within 30 minutes to meet the on-call needs. I'm currently about 1.5 hours to 2 hours away
