UCLA MECN Fall 2011

I saw that the MECN application for UCLA has been posted today. Is anyone applying to the Fall 2011 program?? I haven't found a thread going on yet...Maybe we can share our questions/concerns regarding the application process here.

eek I don't know yet and I'm freaking out

If you didn't get in don't give up. Keep going and try again. My sister was waitlisted at Long Beach and got in after all so if this is something you really want go for it!

I received my denial letter too. No letter may mean good news. Good luck to everyone! Maybe I'll see some of you on the CSULB thread. That's the only other school I applied to. Another 2-1/2 months of torturous waiting.

hey ames3, when you say "letter," do you mean online or snailmail? same for the rest of you guys, did you only see it on the website?

The denial letter is on the website on the decision status link. If you're not getting any news when you click there, most likely it's good news. Maybe you'll receive it in the mail today.

i called jessica at student affairs. she said that if you've been waitlisted, it would be mentioned in the letter online. darn it!!!

thanks for letting me know. sorry to hear about the denials, guys, there's always next year. i've still yet to hear anything...hoping that's a good thing but who knows.

No I guess lilpeapods asked Jessica and was told that the online letter would tell you if you're been waitlisted. :(

For those that have not received a decision online, have any of you contacted Jessica regarding your status? I can't right now because I'm in class. Sooooo nervous!
