Hello everyone, I am new to this board but i have been reading a lot of comments and you all are so helpful. I took my Nclex RN yesterday and i am so confused. Trying to figure out if i passed or failed by what you all have all said in regards to your tests. Has anyone failed or know someone who failed with 75 questions? If so what was your test like? I continually see people post what kind of quest they had and passed. I would like to know what quest you get when you failed. I am so scared. Please someone help!!!

The test is so individualised that it is hard to predict whether you passed or failed with any number of questions. Also copyright issues occur when discussing questions from the exam or any other source. Some people get lots of SATA where others get very few and both pass.
Good luck but try not to think about it as stressing out now will make no difference to the results

Just stated as before...everyone gets different questions, and the amount of questions you receive does not determine if you pass or fail. I think it is a test myth, and I would just relax until the results are ready for you. I have taken the exam a few times, and didn't make it YET....
I test in one week.
I failed at 75, 265 and then 105. So, it varies. SOme get many SATA, CALC, EKG's, disaster and infection control. It is true that the test can get harder, which determine's your level of comprehension, but there is no way you can tell if it is a pass or fail question.
good luck to you. Many people post the same you do, and walk away passing!
OK, thanks to all that replied to my message.
