Tx RN seeking reinstatement after revocation

I am coming up on the end of the 1 year waiting period required after having my license revoked for not following the agreed board order. I am wanting to know what steps need to be taken in order to get my license reinstated. I do not have any criminal convictions or any drug use issues. I was falsely accused of abusing a patient by aides at the nursing home I was working at. If anyone in Texas has any helpful information please respond also referrals for lawyers are also appreciated.

The TX BON should have that information for you, regarding what is required for reinstatement. You may have to look for it, but I think it is there. The best to you.
