The state of TX has a new law that provides for anybody to get a $10,000 bounty by suing any person discussing or assisting a woman in any way to have an abortion after six weeks, I.e., before many women even know they are pregnant. The burden is on the person sued to deny it, and if they win they cannot recover their legal costs. This means a driver, a friend to whom a woman confided, someone who bought her a bus ticket, a vindictive ex, clergy, a clinic receptionist, a neighbor you don’t like, a competitor, a restaurant where you didn’t like the service, a ref whose call you didn’t like … all open to being sued by anyone, and the burden on them to refute. Your rapist could impregnate you and then sue you. There are no exceptions for incest, pregnant children, or rape. There are obvious constitutional difficulties with this, information on which can be found in many sources. The SCOTUS declined to block it for the nonce, but have NOT invalidated Roe v Wade and are awaiting further suits.
A private group has put up a website where anonymous people can report any “suspicious” cases, which they will then refer to authorities…and I’ll bet they’ll expect to get the ten grand for every one. It is presently being flooded by fake reports, many hilarious. It’s taken off on Tik-Tok and Twitter at pic.Twitter.com/xgpvESdc5b If you’d like to join the fun, you can. Goto https://prolifewhistleblower.com/ and let your creativity flower as often as you like.

Those 3 names were slandered by liberals in witch hunts(Kavanaugh rape, Trump impeachment nonsense, and Gaetz sex allegations) all have been exonerated. Still no apology from liberals
No apology is necessary or required. They are all wealthy white men, they can take their claims of slander to court. No one has been exonerated. That makes you either a liar or a fool who believes propaganda.

That’s because none of them has been “exonerated.” Trump is still under court order to present a DNA sample for one sexual assault (which, if negative, would certainly exonerate him, so one must wonder why he’s not rushing to give a sample). Gaetz’ case hasn’t been brought to court, much less adjudicated, and Kavanagh’s little nonjudicial tantrum wasn’t remotely convincing, and certainly not exonerating.

Trump has been attacked left and right and he always comes out on top. Russian conspiracy theories, fake impeachments, fake rape accusations, etc. it’s pathetic to see people continually slander the man. Gaetz has been exonerated get with the times, there will be no time in court. Kavanaugh was an alpha male in high school and that fake rape accuser was very ugly. Men like him don’t waste their time with creatures like that.

LOL
This is a joke, right?
Look I'm sorry, but libs and Dems are just weak, cowardly people. Someone does something to me, it happens only once, because the response (if I conclude after assessment, was the other person's irrationality) is always way worse than what was inflicted on me. I don't believe in measured responses. I believe in deterrents!
I would take the bones of the Texas law and modify existing laws and aim it solely at republican legislators! Allow citizens to sue republican legislators for whatever reasons, but I would begin with Sinema and Manchin! I would crush them! Pelosi needs to take away all the budget for their staffing needs and isolate them! Biden and Pelosi needs to call in all the skeletons that are buried from their years of service and make an example of both!
Texas abortion law, voter suppression laws would not have happened if Manchin and Sinema were team players, especially following the four years we just had and in the midst of a pandemic as well!
I'm also wondering if, Scarlet Letter stylee, should we also brand Texas republican legislators with a T on their forehead so the world knows who they are? Possibly the Supreme Court Justices who upheld the law?

Alpha males can't take advantage of the strong and beautiful so "creatures" like her become their target.
That wasn't really my point but...
I wonder once they get organized If the abortion vigilantes have uniforms to invoke a sense of unity. Brown shirts maybe.

I think I got your point. I'll let the poster speak for themselves but like I said it's doubtful they were joking and you of course know this. For some reason I answered with a serious rebuttal to the post instead of just blowing it off as nonsense. This is where I lose hope in our society, that highly educated people think such things.

Yes, we pretty much turn every conversation into Trumpism. At least ugly women don't have to worry about being raped and having to make a choice about abortion.

Yes, you did address the absurd propaganda. The question is whether the member actually believes the inflammatory nonsense that he posts throughout AN or if he's just looking for attention and fomenting discord. I'm voting the latter.
Trumpism is an ongoing and active threat to our republic and society. Even in a pandemic Trumpism is so dangerous that affected Americans cannot agree to work together against a common threat. Trumpism requires some to ignore and protest against mitigation and even threaten people with violence for masking.
Ugly versus attractive isn't really the issue with rape. Rape isn't a reflection of the beauty of the victim.
