TUITION BSN Program at USF Sacramento

Published

Good morning everyone, I wanted to post here and ask for everyone's advice. I have been applying to nursing schools since 2020 and finally got accepted into a program (USF Sacramento VANAP program) but the tuition would be almost $30,000 per semester. I would have to take out private loans in order to pay. I was sooo soooo excited but all of this is now making me feel so overwhelmed. I honestly don't know what to do. I am 25 and have no family so I can't ask anyone else for advice. That amount of money honestly gives me anxiety. I saw online that some employers can help pay towards student loans after I become a nurse or work for a certain amount of years but I don't think that is a guarantee. I just feel so lost. The only thing keeping me back from accepting the offer is the cost of the program. Are there any USF nursing grads? Or other nurses who had to take out a large amount in loans? PLEASE PLEASE any advice. I really need it. ?
