trouble finding a nursing job.

Hi. I am from Philadelphia and I finished nursing school in December '12. I received my license in February and i have my BSN. For the past year i have done nothing but apply for jobs and went on 2 interviews but did not get the job because other people had more experience. I currently volunteer at the American Red Cross and previously worked as a Home Health Aide and Cashier/weekend manager. I am very hard working and very dedicated in furthering my nursing career. If anyone can help or send me some advice please let me know. Thank you.
