Hi guys! I just wanted to start this for anyone who applied to the Tristar hospitals in Nashville, TN for their nurse residency program. I know the applications are open for a really long time period, so I was wondering if anyone had an idea of how long the process takes once you apply. Good luck to everyone in their searches!!

I applied pretty early and I am scheduled to interview in a couple weeks. I'm pretty sure they don't start calling about job offers until April.

Hi! I applied to TriStar Centennial and will be interviewing on April 4. I'm also assuming that offers will not be made until the interviewing process is finished, which is listed as April 30. Good luck, ladies!
Good to know! I have interviews at Centennial and Skyline March 29/30 but I couldn't find the date for offers.

They contact you if you have an offer within a week after your interview date.

Hi all! I have an interview at centennial on april 5th! could anyone tell me how it is? The email says there's 20 candidates there at once! Also they didn't tell me what unit I would be interviewing for, is it just a general nurse residency interview?

Hi ladies! I remember you from the Vanderbilt forum. :) are you still on the waitlist for an interview with Vandy? I have an interview with TriStar Centennial on April 4!
I'm interviewing in adult at vandy on 4/2, but I'm really wanting peds so I don't know what I'm going to do! I don't know what unit my interview for centennial would be for
My heart is set on Peds as well! I've been emailing a recruiter at HCA who has been so helpful. She said Peds is a very heavily applied to track (as expected) and you'll interview for the track and you applied to!
Okay sounds good! I selected peds, nicu, and mother baby as my top three so I'm assuming I will interview for all three! Good luck to you!
