travelling nursing interview

Published

i am about to start my first travelling job ever. my question is, how do i find out if the hospital is a decent place to work for?

i've thought of a few questions, can anyone help me out?

1. RN-LPN ratio

2. whether if the hospital is joint-commission accrediated

3.how often does the nurse get pulled to a different floor

4. nurse-patient ratio

i have been offered interview with a couple of hospitals but would like to know more about them. is there a website or forum where people leave input on the hosptials they've worked for?

i am really new at this so i have a lot of quesitons. any information is appreciated.
