Is my lack of degree going to be a problem?

I'm a diploma nurse...just wondering if it's going to limit my ability to travel/work in certain states or areas. I really have no desire at this time to continue on to a BSN - maybe someday, but not soon.

No - not at all. If you have your nursing license, no one is going to ask what kind of degree you have - unless you are looking at one of the (extremely) rare supervisory temporary positions! (I've only seen a couple listed in all my years as a traveler).

Employers look for a valid nursing license and experience in that order. Your degree status won't be an issue until you decide you desire a position where there is a requirement for one. By that time, you will have gone ahead and obtained the higher education that you feel you will need for those types of jobs. Good luck in your career.
