Travel nursing

I want to try doing travel nursing. I am a Tennessee, Nashville resident. Thinking of trying California... any advice?

I am from Nashville too, I have been doing this since Jan and I love it. I did my first assignment near home 2 hours away in Louisville Ky. That helped me know if I really wanted to do it or not. The first assignment is most important, you want a place that's nice and easy and friendly to travelers. Don't worry about pay on your first assignment.
