Hello all!! I am a clinical nurse educator for a travel nurse agency. I have a question for the travelers out there. I want to implement an evaluation questionnaire that travelers fill out at the end of their contract regarding the hospital/unit they worked on. My goal is to gain knowledge about the hospitals/units and how the recruiters can better place nurses. A few items I’m thinking are....
Did you feel the hospital/unit was welcoming to a traveler?
What was the typical nurse to patient ratio?
Do you feel the unit was cohesive?
Does the unit work as a team?
Etc etc.....
My question here is to the travelers....do you feel this would be helpful and if you were filling this out for your agency, what else questions would you like to see?
Thanks for your input!

1) If treated with disdain, did the traveler speak openly to management about their concerns? If so, was management receptive to their grievances?
2) I would want the traveler to rate their experience on a likert scale.

Sorry, I'm not buying into this. This sounds like a fishing trip for new travelers for your agency and similar questions have been posed here in the past. First post ever is a big clue to your commercial purpose here. Not sure anyone here would want to work for you if your own travelers are not willing to help you. You might also ask your recruiters.

No need to apologize...couldn’t care less about your opinion. It’s a legit question and I have absolutely no intentions of being a recruiter. Don’t want to answer with actual information....then scroll to another post.
Wow! If you are a recruiter, you are a really bad one. I gave you some suggestions. If you want to stop being defensive, why not answer my "legit" questions about why not query your own travelers and recruiters?
You do know that this forum is to help travelers, not train agency staff? If you are who you say you are, you have resources, both within your agency and NATHO.
By the way, some agencies have clinical nurses to evaluate clinical issues (usually to make a determination if a traveler can continue employment). In 25 years as a traveler, I have never met a "clinical nurse educator" working for an agency or had an agency attempt to "educate" me. I'm not sure you even understand what travelers do or the expectations on them from facilities.
I didn’t answer your questions because you are making a lot of assumptions.
I make a bad recruiter because I’ll say it again....I am not a recruiter.
In accusing and assuming I am a recruiter, you also assume I used this forum as my only resource. Once again, an incorrect assumption on your part.
I believe when you are gathering information, you use all resources and this forum was one of many that I chose.
As far as being “defensive”, you didn’t give advice. You tried to show how smart you were by saying...”not buying this”, “first ever post big clue to commercial purpose”, “not sure anyone would want to work for you if your own travelers are not willing to help”.
Now you come back and say...but I was giving you suggestions. Lol!
So still no answer about what resources you've accessed. If any.
Again, this forum is to help travelers. Not to provide help to agencies.
