I know the travel situation is very fluid right now- but am asking for recommendations to list a home a relative owns in FL for travelers. There are three medium-sized hospitals in this non-beach town and it seems like once things calm down there will be a need for travelers again.

Go directly to agencies?

Work with actual facilities?

Thoughts?

Craigslist is my first stop when I’m looking for housing. You’ll do better there than getting the attention of some 400 agencies directly!

From an owner’s perspective, there are several specialty companies that supply all the agencies including locums with housing, to the point where many agencies do not do it in-house anymore. About four major companies including Traveler’s Haven and Temp Medical Housing. That’s all I remember off the top of my head.

Thanks! I've looked at Furnished finders too- they seem pretty big.

Yup. Those are all three big ones. I misremembered four but surely there are some small fry.
