Hi, has anyone successfully transferred their VN license to another state but didn't graduate nursing school? I know some states require sending them transcripts/certificate from nursing school. Just curious. Thank you in advance.

I don't understand this question. In order to transfer a license, you need to have graduated from an LPN program and pass the NCLEX-PN.
Do you mean taking your NCLEX in another state from where you will graduate from?

As JabuJabule stated, you have to complete the school program before you take the NCLEX (in the same state).

Some states (? other than CA) (CA for example) allow a person to obtain an LVN/LPN license after completing X amount of an RN program. Graduation from that program is not required. This becomes problematic when the individual wants to endorse their non-graduate license to a state that requires graduation from an LVN/LPN program before they will grant a license.
