Transfer question

Hi all,

i have been working for a davita clinic since February. Well, got hired and started training in February. My bf and I are planning on moving as he has received a job offer in another city and I am interested in a transfer. I was wondering if anyone could provide me with how to go about transferring to another facility. Some people have posted you have to be working for 6 months but does that mean out of training for 6 months or 6 months from hire to transfer? Please someone give me some insight as to what I should do. Thank you.

I should add that we won't be moving until september
