I'm the facility educator at a very large SNF. My corporation is pushing the limits of what we do clinically---TPN, NG tubes, IV push, inotropic meds..... Making sure the staff is competent is a HUGE thing. My administrator is letting me buy a training manikin so we can all practice on IT as opposed to practicing on a human being. Do any of you use them? Any favorites? The one I want has interchangeable male and female parts, an IV arm, capabilities to do tube feeds, ng tubes, ostomies of all sorts, wounds.... 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
