Hi all!I would like to get some experience working in the ER, but I don't want to go somewhere where I will be thrown in the deep end and have to figure it out to survive. That's just not my idea of good patient care.I have heard there are some great orientation programs out there for training RNs in to working the ER as a specialty. I want to know my stuff when I'm finished so I can function confidently and feel like I'm taking good car of people.I am an RN with about 9 years med/surg experience. I'm willing to travel. Thanks!
