Just interested to know, what did you do differently this time around? Did you study differently?

the first time i took the nclex-rn was in february 2005, i failed with 265 questions. i just took the nclex-rn yesterday and the computer shut-off at 75 questions. now i am on pins and needles waiting on the results to be posted.
Good luck to you - I am sending you positive thoughts!
I will be taking the NCLEX this June. Can you tell me what you did to study?

I took the 3 week course through ncsbn.org it costs $49.00 for 3 weeks, and I also used my Saunders nclex review book and the kaplan book on how to read the questions and pick your answers. for 1 month this was all that I did. The course was very good and was of great benefit to me I would recommend the ncsbn.org course to anybody who is having difficulty passing their boards. Their questions are very similar tho the state boards. best of luck! keep me posted.
This is exactly what I wanted to hear. I'm also doing ncsbn online course, and using Kaplan and Saunders books and CD's. I hope it works for me too!!
Well done to you :)

Biggirl4, try to stay positive. They say that everyone feels uncertain after the test. I had a friend a couple weeks ago whose test stopped at 75 and she passed. She said that when the test stopped she just sat there for a minute because she didn't know what to think. And now she's an RN. I will be in your shoes this week myself, so I'll be writing trying to get everyone to encourage me. I pray all goes well. Keep us posted.

i took the ncsbn, saunders, and kaplan.
i found that kaplan questions are the best and as difficult comparing to the nclex.
