Hi everyone,
I took the exam this morning. 75 questions, 45 minutes. I have no idea how I did, I feel like I failed but I know everyone thinks that. Came home, did the PVT, got this:
"The candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time."
What does this mean? I am in michigan. Am I going to be able to get my quick results on Friday morning, or no? Waiting is so hard. I have done it three times since this morning and each time I get the same message. Pleas help
Nothing weird happenned during my test....

Don't fret! I've read in several places that it could mean they are just verifying transcripts or other information. I recently passed my N-CLEX RN in 75 questions and I can tell you that I even though I felt anxiety, I was still i sure I passed. The likelihood of you failing at 75 is VERY slim. Good Luck!
thank you...I hope you are right. Waiting is really difficult.

That means they are still grading your test! I would give it a few more hours and recheck!
Yes, it is. But don't just assume you have failed. All this stress will be a distant memory soon. You have this!

It is not indicative of pass or fail or still grading your test. A hold means a QA/QC audit of your exam, check-in, video, audio, palm scan, keystrokes. Most holds last 48-72hrs. The reasons vary from beyond your control (power fluctuation at test site, computer issue, problems with palm scan in or out), incidental errors (issues with your ID, not following rules (writing on white board before tutorial over, standing up instead of raising hand)) to egregious rule breaking (accessing cell phone during exam or break, bringing study material into test center, suspicion of cheating)
Your quick results will not be available until the hold is lifted nor will the BoN receive results until the hold is lifted. For the first couple of days you cannot do anything more than hurry up and wait.
Unless you accessed your cell phone or snuck in study guides, you don't have too much to worry about (these are considered cheating and your test would be invalidated and the incident reported to the BoN. And yes people have done this even recently--one went out to the car during break and retrieved their cell and was using as they returned to the test center!!!)
