I’m a new RN (graduated in May) who’s considering becoming an Army reserve nurse! I was previously a LPN. I have an ADN, but I’m working towards BSN. Oct 23 by Jeckrn1 44 Posts; 236 Profile Views First you need to get your BSN; with a minimum of 3.5 GPA; since you have to have it to join as a nurse. You will need to ahold of a healthcare recruiter; not your local enlisted recruiter; about one year before graduation of your BSN.
