Time Management Scenario

I have been given an assignment to complete a time management scenario that should be at least to pages long. The scenario is about a new grad nurse that is the charge nurse for 22 patient ward with only two nursing assistants, four patients are wanderers that need identification every 15 min. and two patients that are wearing restraints that need to be check every 15 mins. The nurse is responsible for making assignments for the night shift, adm. all scheduled and prn meds. This is not all of the info. but if you get what I am talking about please offer any help or feedback you can give.

I'd really like to help you because it sounds a lot like a delegation assignment I had to do as part of my management course that I took this past semester in my senior year, but I would definitely need more info. You never mentioned how many nurses you have, just two nursing assistants and the new grad? Sounds like a rough time to me with 22 patients! Good luck with the assignment.
