at least now she has got the I140 part through she can begin to plan ahead a bit, after all im sure you will agree this waiting part with all the delay has been very painful for everyone.

ah well im sure the rest will arrive soon, at least we know everyone is awake now and actually doing a bit of work on the processing!

Thanks to all for the support, spoke to agency and informed them that got approval as had my reference number from agency to check myself (thanks OG) they confirmed that approval is through (via US office computer) but said that she would contact me in 5-10 days once formal approval (in the form of a letter from USCIS to agency) arrives as this is the way that they normally do. So for all those still waiting I am sure you will hear some good news then.
