THR Hospital System and Medical City

I was wondering if anyone have had any experience with any of these hospitals in Dallas. I have checked out the websites but it really doesn't tell me much. I am actually interested in Dallas Presbyterian or Plano Presbyterian and Medical City.

How are the benefits?

Nurse Patient ratios?

Are the nurses employed at these facilities happy?

I work for the THR Hospital system. It is a great company to work for. I am not a nurse (yet) so I don't know what the pay is, but I've heard that Dallas pays better than Fort Worth. Everyone I know that works at Presby Dallas loves it.

It'll be nice if the pay is good but believe it or not that's not even a huge priority for me right now. As long as I can go to work happy knowing that I love my job, is all the satisfaction that I need. That's really why I wanted to know if the nurses that work at those facilities like it.

You are the second person that raved about THR to me though, I will definitely apply to work there.
