I am an LPN, I currently work in a nursing home in Agawam in a sub-acute rehab unit. I have been an LPN for two and half years. For many reasons, I have been looking for a new job. I would like to get off third shift, go back to school, and I am having problems with management being unprofessional and bullying staff. Many other employees have left, so I have decided to try something new. I have always wanted to work with kids, and I had an open interview with PSA healthcare a month and a half ago. I finally got all of my paperwork submitted (license, diploma, etc.), and I just have to take a hands on CPR class (I took an online CPR class this year per my employer). Within the next two weeks I should have that done, and I will be starting my orientation with PSA. Does anyone have experience with PSA healthcare in Connecticut? I have read many reveiws of the company and some were great and some were terrible, however, none of these were reveiwing the offices in Connecticut. I am really interested in home health care and I want to give it a shot, but I want to make sure I am picking a good company to work for. Any information would be very helpful!
