Yep. For RNs it is 15 and LPNs 25 experiemental questions. You will not know the difference...trust me. IOW, treat them all like they are potential questions that can make or break you.

I wonder if all experimental questions happen before 75, since that is the minimum. I don't think they'd NOT give you 15 if you were at 75... and if for some reason you didn't reach 15, I think they would extend the test.
I took the test today, 160 questions... I think I had 160 of those experiemental ones.

I would say that they do give you the experimental questions early on. Not that I trust NCLEX for any reason, but if they say it, and people complete at minimum, then, it would be a blatent lie to tell people that there are a certain number of experimental questions, but we will never know, because even if the person fails, they never tell you what questions were wrong. I would think that if the tester got some of the experimental questions right, that some credit should be rendered.
I can agree with you, for sure, though, that all of them seemed to be experimental...they drove me crazy from beginning to end.:angryfire

There are experimental questions. One of my instructors worked on a committee that wrote questions back in the old days. She told us, and it has always been my understanding, that these questions do not count against you. While they are not able to hurt your score, so should not be worried about, you should try your best on each question, and assume it is a question that counts. Don't waste time trying to psych out the test. Good luck.
