I would appreciate your assistance with a research project I am conducting to complete requirements for a nursing research course. The purpose of this study is to explore and identify challenges that new graduate registered nurses face transitioning into the role of a practicing RN. Please note that your responses will be completely anonymous and will only be used for educational purposes.
