My NCLEX is on Thursday and I am getting so nervous! I am getting so tired of studying and am getting nervous that I will sit down and just forget everything I know, and completely blank out! Is it normal to feel this way!? I did Kaplan about a month ago, reviewed content, and did all of the Qtrainers, and about 90% of the Qbank. I am now going over labs and electrolyte imbalances, I did the readiness test again and got a 67%. I'm reviewing rationales again and trying to drill into my head why I got some questions wrong. Any suggestions on what I should be doing the next few days before the test? Anything helps! :)

It is absolutely normal to feel that way. If you feel that you are tired of studying (which most people feel as well--don't worry), then you may need to take a day to get your mind off of the exam all together. Close the books for an entire day and do something fun. Then get back at it the following day. At this point, try to focus on your weak areas and just practice doing as many questions as you can before the test so that you become comfortable with them.
The day before your exam and the day of your exam don't study. Just relax and keep your mind busy with other things.
Remember to breathe and stay calm. A little bit of anxiety is okay but too much will cause you to blank. Relax. You have been studying. You know what you know and if you don't know it don't panic just "trust your glimmer" and use your critical thinking skills.
You can do this, Good Luck!

I completely agree w/ RN403 - the day before and of the exam don't study. At that point you either know it or you don't and nothing will help you that late in the game. Your scores show that you ARE ready so if I can give you any advice, it would be to just try and relax. Of course, if someone told me to relax, I would laugh at them lol But you are probably just fine w/ a 67% readiness score.
I would not cram and study all day in the remaining days, either. I would set aside a few hrs in the AM or PM, but that's it - I would then do something relaxing to unwind. I could tell that the more I studied/practiced, the more I began second-guessing myself and my answers.
Can't wait til you come back here and tell us you passed!! :)
Thank you both so much!! I'm going to continue focusing on my weak areas and probably some SATA questions because I KNOW for a fact I am terrible at those!! I think that is my problem that I don't want to second guess myself or last minute change my answers and then do terrible! I think that is my biggest fear. I will definitely keep you updated!! Fingers crossed and lots of prayers! :)
I passed!!! I did the Pearson Vue trick and got the good pop but today I logged in to get the quick results and it's true!! after 3 hours and 75 questions later, I walked out of there thinking I failed! Cried for like an hour but it was all worth it! thank you guys! :)
