Houston Winter 2019 Nurse Residency Programs

Just wanted to provide a place for updates for the December grads for nurse residency programs in Houston! Coming from out of state I definitely don't want to miss anything! So far I've applied to Methodist and Harris Health. Still waiting for Memorial's, Chi St. Luke's, and HCA's to open. Does anyone have suggestions of other places to apply? Looking for adult critical care or intermediate positions.

I received my invitation for the match day CVICU residency at TMC this morning. It was exactly 7 days later as one of the older threads experienced. I am happy I already booked my flight and Airb&b. Super excited!

I have my license, so I put the date I was issued my license

I did as well. Emailed them my GN Application Packet yesterday.

I heard back from Methodist as well. Pre-screening for my first choice. When I tried to do the assessment, I got a message saying they already had one on file for me o_O

Baytown! I originally had Sugarland as my first choice but changed it to Baytown because I really want to work in the NICU.
