Bad internship experience...advice?

  1. Hi everyone,
I just recently graduated and started my internship at one of the hospitals here in Dallas. I'm feeling like the nurse manager here doesn't care too much about the nurses and not learning too much from the educators. Nurses on the unit are not using safe practice and it just feels like an unsafe place to be working and learning as a new nurse. But since I am halfway through with the internship I feel obligated to stay for a year. If I don't stay the full year, will it be difficult for me to find a job in the future? Any advice on what to do?

IMO...there are worse fates than quitting at 6 months. Just be sure that you don't have to pay back any money for leaving early....what hospital are you at? I'll graduate in August and am starting to look around...
