I am not sure exactly what is on the GED, but the TEAS is only English, Reading, Math and Science. The reading is should not be too hard if you passed your GED. The math is tedious (but not difficult) because it is all manual calculations -- no calculators allowed. You will have some basic algebra and lots of long calculations, story problems, etc. I think it was stuff all HS grads should be able to do.
Science covers basic topics in all categories of science, but it's a mixed bag. Most people have had quite a few physical (chem, physics) and life science (biology, A&P). You might also have an earth science question and some misc. data interpretation, research, etc. Just be sure you have a solid understanding of the basics of these topics. None of the questions goes beyond the very basics of these subjects.
Many people found the English grammar part to be difficult. I did not, but I have a very strong background in this. There are typical questions about spelling and grammar. If you have recently studied these things and did well on the GED, you should be fine.
Be sure to do the practice tests in the book. I thought they did help give me some confidence about finishing in time. The test is slightly different than the book. The math I found much easier than the book, but it took almost the entire time because of all the long calculations that I double and triple-checked.
The science was a bit more broad, but again, only hard if you don't have a good grounding in all the sciences.
These are just my observations, so be sure to check on this site for other people's experiences.
I am sure you'll be fine -- Good luck!

Hi,
I took both the GED and TEAS test and I found the TEAS test to be more difficult. I did really well on the GED, but did poorly on the TEAS. I think I did poorly on the math section on the TEAS because it seemed to me there were more word problems and I am horrible with word problems. I don't know why I did so much better on the GED. I would suggest buying the ATI TEAS study book though, and see what the format of the TEAS is compared to the GED. Good luck!

The TEAS is more difficult than the GED. You can check out the TEAS Practice Test Problems at http://www.testprepreview.com/teas_practice.htm and see what you think.
