Average TEAS V Score? Your score?

You are reading page 2 of Average TEAS V Score? Your score?

I got a 74 on teas test!! That was enough to get me into LPN program for the fall!!! :)

I got a 66 on my TEAS, I got a 94% on the reading and I knew they didn't care about the Science portion (they had told me that when I first applied to the school) so I could have tried a bit harder for that. At my school they look for a 45 I believe it is on every section and I got over that on every one. Also ranked in program I was in the top 20% and my score was above average compared to the national data as well. I walked out feeling like a failure even though they both looked at my scores online and said "Wow you did really good!" To me it wasn't a good score since I had just graduated from a state university with a 3.95 GPA, maybe my brain was too overloaded, who knows haha. Anyways, I got accepted and start in September!

I got an 83% I believe which put me in the 84th percentile for my school, and I was accepted with that score :)

You guys all did great I studied and my first try I got a 55%. I'm not a good standardized test taking but got a 3.6 gpa in my pre-reqs. I am going to take it again and I'm so nervous. I feel defeated by this freaking exam ugggh. Any suggestions?

I got a 93 overall on the TEAS. I studied like a maniac the week before I took the exam. Buy the ATI study guide AND the two online practice exams. From my experience, the practice exams in the book were easier than the real thing, and the online practice exams were was harder than the real thing (I got a 72 on the online practice).

I know that a lot of the people that I took the test with had a specific TEAS Test book to study from but I actually used the Kaplan TEAS Test book and I used some youtube videos to help me brush up on my math, think it was teassecrets.com. I scored a 78 on the version V exam but it had a lot more chemistry on it then I was prepared for. I would suggest to look at the print out you got from the test and see which areas were scored the lowest and brush up on them. You will get it :)

just curious what schools are you all appling for? would it be nctc? and what program, lvn, etc.?

I scored a 78 on the version v test in feb 2012 and I applied at a local community college where I was accpeted into their program starting this fall ? it is a 2 year bridge program, the first year is lpn and the second year is RN. I can't wait!!

I got an 87.8. I believe the average was a 66, although I don't know where they were pulling the average from (school, state, etc). I know my program (ADN) only considered those who got an 80 or above.

I consider myself an intelligent person. I took the TEAS V and got a 50 overall. Time was a big factor. I need to retake it. Half the testers were given calculators, and there were not enough for us all. I didn't bring my own because I was told we couldn't use them. I was tuored in math to freshen up for a month!! The science well most who knew that could get a job at NASA! I see here so many with 80% or 90%. I would think you pass an MCAT if this monster of a test is so easy, or I am less inteligent than I though! Very worried about retake!!!
