Tarrant County College Fall 2015

Published

I didn't see a group created yet for people applying in Feb/March for the fall 2015 nursing program at TCC. Figured I would start one! I am sooo ready to apply, get accepted, and start! It cant come fast enough!

Are you completing all pre-requisites for associates and bachelors before it starts?

I don't know why but I am a nervous wreck about this. I shouldn't have waited until the last minute to turn in my packet but ummm... it's too late now. I'll get it in.

if you have all your paperwork. I think you still have today to turn it in. You should call up there

New to thread... I turned my packet in today!! Which I don't recommend waiting so late because that was super stressful but my HESI test was just this past Friday.. Now the only thing left to do is wait! The lady also told me they pushed the date back to the 21st í ½í¸ nerve racking!! And she checked off my immunizations on her paperwork then handed all of my immunizations papers back to me and said I'll turn them in upon acceptance? Did this happen with everyone else? Crossing fingers and toes that we all get accepted!

Yes, she gave me back my immunizations paper after transferring the info onto hers. Good luck everyone now we have the dreaded wait.

Did anyone received any documents back that papers have been submitted? I just want to be sure it wouldn't be lost...

Yes, she handed back my immunizations after she recorded them on my application. I'm applying with a 4.0 and a 92.5 on the HESI. Hopefully it's good enough. Good luck to everyone!

I am definitely nervous about the whole application process. When I went to turn mine in about a week ago, the office was already closed but Mrs. Aultman took my application anyways and said she'd get back to me a few days later. Through email she got back to me, but that was basically it. I wish we could get official confirmation!

Got my application turned in, everything was checked off ok. Ms Altman said that there are approximately 300-320 applicants for this enrollment period, only 150 accepted :/ I pray that my scores are enough to get me in... I'm so ready to get started.
