I just took mine on the 29th and failed it with 265 questions. So I got on here to look for study material and what not. And if i would have went though the random fact throwing post before i took my test, I think I would have past. There was so much info there that was on my test, I honestly couldn't believe it.

hey! goodluck on your upcoming exam.. i took the nclex-rn on nov 18.. stopped at 75 and passed.. just do practice questions.. don't review on content anymore.. just familiarize yourself with different types of questions.. and relax 2 days prior your exam..
Goodluck and Godbless!

@ racs09: Congrats!! What did you use for studying the NCLEX-RN?
@ Miley22: Thanks! I used Saunders 5th ed. and Kaplan Strategies.. I also enrolled in a review center in the Philippines called Rachell Allen Reviewers..
Congratulations and thank you!

I think it's important to do as many practice questions as you can. Also, the day before the exam, get some R&R in and do not to study. Meditate, go take your dog for a stroll, or do whatever it is that will help you relax. Good luck!!!

Hi! Just wanna know if you would recommend Rachell Allen? I'm also using the books you've used + LaCharity Prio 2nd edition. Thanks! And oh congratulations!
@puprlechicxiii
I would really recommend Rachell Allen.. I felt that I was ready when taking the exam.. Even when I was taking my exam I knew I would pass.. Because I was able to learn and understand the concepts very well through Rachell Allen's Program
Are you in the Philippines right now?
