Good luck! from what I read, you seem ready!
let me ask you a personal question. What do you think happened the first time around?

To be honest the 1st time i sit for the test i am not really prepared, that time i am also working....And i get really anxious the day of the exam i can even hear my heartbeat which really distracts me...But now i've changed..From day 1, i kept on telling myself that i can do this that i can make it this time..I've read the books which i haven't read and i prayed really hard. This forum really help me a lot...By the way i took nclex last july7...
I will be taking mine for the first time, and honestly I don't know if I am doing the right thing.
I finished all kaplan questions and got a 55% on average.
I watched all the content videos
Now, I am going back to all of my questions to review what I got wrong and I am trying to "understand" why the right answer is what it is.
A friend of mine who passed in july, told me to listen to the Helen Feuer content CD's. And I am listening to them while my 17month old plays. And when I get sick of kaplan and want a break.
I do everything for the house (dishes, laundry etc), and when she is sleeping I do kaplan.
After kaplan, I think I will buy the 3 week NCSBN learningext.... just so I can get more questions under my belt.
I probably will get anxious, but to decrease the anxiety I am doing all this.
so I don't know if I am doing the right thing, or not.
I just want to say "I did everything possible that I could so there is no way I could have done more for this"
It's so hard studying with a toddler.

Just believe in yourself, that's what i'm doing right now.. I know we can make it...Everything is possible...Try learningext, questions are challenging...When are you taking the test? Next week i'll try to include Feuer audio for additional content review..Goodluck to us!!!!!

Yes, you can do it. Be positive....that's what I've been doing. I am also taking my 2nd attempt in October, a day earlier than you. You have the right attitude....keep it strong.
Goodluck to both of us!!!!!!:kiss
