I take my exam in 2 days and have so much to go over BUT can't concentrate to study because I'm too nervous. Does anyone have any advice? I keep thinking what if...I don't know enough, I get questions I don't know, can't think clearly to answer them even when I know the answers, get all confused, and have panic attack..!!! I need to calm down to utilize my last couple days of studying....How do you if you're really ready?

hey just relax.. don't open books or answer questions.. either you watch a movie or go to the beach or do anything relaxing for you... give your brain a time to rejuvenate.. that's what I did during my last 2 days before my exam date... and when I came in the testing site, I felt confident and so refreshed.... hope this helps

As the other post states, relax and try not to think about the exam
Good luck

I agree. About an hour before my exam I was freaking out cuz I couldn't remember the relationship between magnesium and calcium (or something liek that). I asked my mom, I almost looked it up on the internet right before I left!!1 Was it on the exam? Of course not!!!!!!! I crammed 2 days before and normally it does help, but it doesn't really with NCLEX! I passed, but nothing I studied those days were on it. Don't fret! Try to distract yourself. Focus on positive thoughts, and go get em!!!!
Thanks everyone for your encouragement. Personally I'm not able to walk away from books, index cards, notes and relax...So I'm just trying to do overall review but not in a crazy way trying to memorize little details I think I should know. I just have to accept the fact that it's tomorrow! I'm nervous but at the same time I feel a little bit of relief that this stress will be over soon. Hope I can pass...
